Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of oil and gas investment do you offer?
The type of oil and gas investments we offer is known as a direct investment. This type oil and gas investment is where you, the owner, own working interest in one of our projects. In this case, you will receive a portion of the profits made from the entire project. In addition, you will also be eligible for tax breaks and benefits with your investment.
How is my income calculated from the revenues of a project?
In each prospectus we evaluate the probable and possible revenues of both oil and gas production. The data is compiled from surrounding existing well production reported to The Railroad Commission of Texas. Click here to view an example.

What is horizontal drilling?
A subset of the more general term "directional drilling," used where the departure of the wellbore from vertical exceeds about 80 degrees. Note that some horizontal wells are designed such that after reaching true 90-degree horizontal, the wellbore may actually start drilling upward. In such cases, the angle past 90 degrees is continued, as in 95 degrees, rather than reporting it as deviation from vertical, which would then be 85 degrees. Because a horizontal well typically penetrates a greater length of the reservoir, it can offer significant production improvement over a vertical well.
Where are you currently drilling/developing for oil and gas?
We have several projects over the United States, such as in the Barnett Shale in Texas, and Internationally overseas. Please contact us for more information.
